About the event

Tone Deaf Theatre Company are delighted to announce that they are hosting a pre-show talk for their upcoming production of the musical RENT by Jonathan Larson.

 Come along to hear experts on HIV/AIDS delve into the crucial background of the musical!

Our expert panel will each give a short presentation, following which there will be a Q&A with the audience.

Speakers:

- Dr David Minto - specialist in Modern British and US gender and sexuality history

- Professor Simon Forrest - Sociologist focusing on HIV/AIDs prevention

- Representatives from Blue Sky Trust, a local HIV support charity

You do NOT need to have a ticket for RENT to attend. Attendance is free.
